With over eight years of clinical mental health experience, Ken offers solution-focused and person-centered interventions in all of his virtual Christian counseling services. His therapeutic styles include cognitive, behavioral, dialectical, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused approaches. While Ken is equipped with a Master’s level education, the true source of his education comes from being in the school of Christ. Ken’s faith-based therapy process is grounded in a deep humility for the Holy Spirit’s leading. He has developed techniques aimed at helping individuals get out of their own way and align their lives with God’s plan. His methods, which have shown incredible success with his clients, will show you how to begin letting go of unhelpful thinking patterns and choose to a life that reflects the Wonderful Creator’s design.

When you are confronted with dizzying life circumstances, Ken can tailor his Christian life coaching style to your specific life situation. His direct approach to coaching will gently identify barriers that prevent you from experiencing the peace of the Holy Spirit.

Couples Counseling
Relationships can be complex. Ken helps couples overcome obstacles that get in the way of having a fulfilling relationship with each other and their relationship with God. He points them toward finding creative ways of getting and staying on the same team. Christian couples counseling can help to facilitate this process.

Ken works with the Holy Spirit to help you understand the complexities of addiction. Addiction can be intimidating for those who are learning about addiction, are in recovery, or have gone through recovery and feel lost and overwhelmed.
